Fees

 

We have worked out various fee schedules depending on the nature of the search, the salary of the job to be filled, the amount of work required and the number of jobs to be filled.

 

We have two basic fee schedules:

 

For comprehensive searches where we work with a hiring committee (often for Executive Director positions) and provide services from helping to write the job announcement to facilitating the interview and selection process we charge a flat fee that covers all our services.

 

For searches where an organization does not need our involvement with the interview and selection process we mainly find and screen candidates for which we charge a retainer and a finder’s fee (% of the job's first year's salary) paid when an organization hires a candidate we find. 

 

We have worked out arrangements with organizations based on their budget and ability to pay.
